Having run a successful race for 3 years with over 600 runners last year we are making every effort to perfect it including certified course measurement and professional chip timing. With the support of Fleet Feet Pittsburgh, we hope to increase participation to 1000 runners, and to give every single participant a top-notch experience. Funds from the race go towards supporting SLIM's efforts in Malawi:

Includes: certified course measurement and chip timing provided by Miles of Smiles Timing Services) (course numbers: SP10210905000 (5K) and SP10210910000 (10K)), t-shirts, goodie bags, medals for winners of age-brackets, custom-fitted shoes for overall winners, post-race food spread, and music.
